Established in 2022, RJS emerged as a solution to address a discernible void within the already saturated labor hire market. Ryan and Jasper, having accumulated years of experience in the building industry, identified the absence of labor hire companies with a genuine hands-on understanding of on-site work. Motivated by this observation, and bolstered by the desire to facilitate change for themselves and others in the industry, RJS was founded. We began by enlisting individuals within our network, including ourselves, to ensure that projects were completed to the highest standards. Our unwavering commitment and can-do attitude enabled us to cultivate enduring relationships with clients who entrusted us with their projects time and again. Today, our team comprises over 50 dedicated professionals, consistently seeking new opportunities and challenges to reinforce our reputation and broaden our reach.
